• As Co-Principal Investigator, I co-led the Mizzou Advantage seed grant (Collaborative Portals for Interdisciplinary Working Groups: Evolutionary Studies and Science Studies)

• Created newsletter Evo-Mizzou

• Organized networking events for a pan-departmental Evolutionary Studies Group, funded by the Mizzou Advantage seed grant (Proposal to Establish Evolutionary Studies and Science Studies on Campus)

• EvoBlitzes: organize regular flash presentations of faculty across the campus

• EvoSt Colloquium: host invited external speakers
