Science communication for the EES

Position: Communication officer, School of Biology, University of St. Andrews

Working with Kevin Laland at the School of Biology at University of St. Andrews, I developed and maintained resource websites, created social media content, and produced print materials to promote and distribute EES research.

• Websites:

  • Maintained and created blog content for the Extended Evolutionary Synthesis resource website
  • Co-designed and created content for the Niche Construction Theory resource website with professional website designers

• Final Report:

  • Created a graphical final report with desktop publishing software Affinity Publisher (download pdf here)

• Social Media and Publicity:

  • Managed social media campaigns on Twitter (@EES_Update)
